PALACE SENTINELS. Posted all over the gates of Thailand’s Grand Palace in Bangkok are mythical gilded warriors ‘Yaksa Tavarnbal’. These 5 meter tall sentries were believed to have fended off evil spirits away from Bangkok’s most important landmark.
